Samaurai is an incredibly stunning son of CL9 Altair, and a true black dam, Sojourner Truth. He has an extremely high-character fleece with a very pronounced high frequency/ low amplitude style. His handsome amber-colored fleece literally glows.
Judge's comments: "I could handle this fleece all day, incredibly brightness, beautiful density, this is what we as an industry need to be breeding for."
You owe it to yourself to get your hands on Samaurai’s fleece and see what the judges are talking about. If you agree with them you owe it to your breeding program to make Samaurai a part of it!

This gorgious gray boy, a Lanark's Silver Charm grandson, has the whole package. Botswana's fine fleece (17.7 microns at 19 months) is dense and crimpy from his fuzzy face to his toes.
Botswana started his showing career with a blue ribbon at the CA Classic and Alpacafest West in 2008 and a second place at AOBA. We'll see what 2009 will hold for this outstanding junior herdsire!
